$250 for twice a year
Billed yearly.
-checking function of all visible shut off valves.
-checking flow of all drains.
-checking if any toilets are running.
-visual inspection of all exposed plumbing.
Tier 2
$500 for twice a year
Billed yearly
-tankless water heater flushing.
-preventative drain cleaning.
-checking supply lines for wear and tear. (If needs repair we will fix it)
